Scott Sinclair

Scott started working for Berger Hargis during his summer breaks while in jr high school and became full time in 2005. He has worked in various different roles during his time at the company. Scott has supervised mowing and landscape crews, worked in customer service, analyzed productivity and profitability, handled logistics and GPS monitoring, and has managed the company’s website.

In 2017 Scott became a production manager before stepping into the general manager role in 2018. In his current role he oversees fifty plus employees as well as the day to day operation of the business. He is focused on growing the company and working to create an exciting and dynamic environment for all who work here.

Scott enjoys working in the landscaping industry because of his love for plants, trees, flowers and turf. He attributes this love of nature to his grandfather. Scott continues to educate himself in all aspects of the company including business management, best practices and industry standards.

In his free time Scott enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife, and family, cooking, and anything that has to do with the outdoors.
