I’m an independent contractor who conducts leadership training with two levels of the Berger Hargis management team. I’ve worked with this team for more than four years and have come to know and respect them.

Don’t get me wrong, this team works hard, and getting the job done can be fun. But it’s more than that. The team looks for ways to have fun. Get this, Berger Hargis has a fun committee that meets monthly to plan fun events for the team. They bring in chefs, light up the grill, give recognition, and share prizes and gifts. They have fun.
