It’s nice to meet you! I know you might be wondering… “What on earth is a landscape management company doing in the blogging world? Who wants to read about grass and weeds and trees and stuff?”

Those are great questions, I’m so glad you asked! So, let me start by saying that this blog is entirely designed to assist YOU! While we will be talking about our fair share of landscaping and lawn care, there will be a great deal of insight and information regarding leadership, communication, customer service, and anything else that I feel like writing about! I assure you, however, that you will gain from this whether you’re into the lawn care industry or not!

Berger Who? Hargis What?

If you don’t mind, I’d like to introduce the company and fill you in on what we do. We are a full-service landscape management and lawn care company located in Indianapolis, IN. We were founded in 1994 by Bryan Berger and Chris Hargis, who both had aspirations of becoming business owners. The two of them have spent their entire adult lives in the green care industry and between the two of them, they have licenses and certifications in ornamental tree and shrub care, lawn care, aquatic maintenance, and Bryan is a certified arborist. Working your way down the ladder, you will only find more expertise. Because, we employ over 20 specialized crews that focus on landscaping, chemical treatment, mowing, and flower care. We provide many different services for both residential and commercial lawn care and landscaping. Not to mention, all of our services are tailored to fit your needs and preferences.

If you’re anything like me, that list is quite intimidating, and to be frank, a little overwhelming. Let me put it simply…we know what we’re doing, especially when you need something done right. Because, we’ve been in business for 25 years and have seen just about everything. It’s been nice to meet you. So, just to keep you in the loop, we will be uploading blogs every Monday. Like I stated previously, the content of the blog will include information on lawn care/landscaping, leadership, communication, and customer service.
